I started out with taking pictures of flowers during 6th grade. Then I started to gain interest in portraits because my mom would always drag me to take family event pictures. Along with being passionate about environmental, racial, and gender equity; that came together into really wanting to become a photojournalist some day and documenting today's world issues. Because of the documentary style photography I've had, I always incorporate the emotion aspect into every photo I take.
