Even though a picture is taken in a few hundredths of a second, the opening of the shutter preserves that moment for time to come. In a literal, tangible and shallow sense, a photograph is nothing more than colored ink on paper for an observer to enjoy. What’s interesting though is that the smallest fragment of time, captured in that picture, can also host a multitude of other non-tangibles. What were the moods and emotions being felt then? What smells, sounds, tastes, etc come back to you? Were there any conversations had, small and insignificant or otherwise that pop back into your head upon seeing this picture? A picture is MUCH more than the age old adage of it being worth a thousand words. And that is what I feel this is all about. With photography, I aspire to bring those moments in time to others, complete with every emotion, feeling and sense that defines it. There is no particular style or type of photography that I specialize in, but instead, a style and flair I have nurtured and grown to which I apply to all work I do. Be it a product picture or headshot, BTS or nature, I am constantly learning, adapting and improving, so that the final product exhibits the clients wants
