My interest in photography started when I was a teenager visiting my father in France. Every summer while staying with my father, I enjoyed capturing little moments of my trips with a camera. I would wait until I returned home to the States to develop the film so I could look back at my trip and remember how it felt to be there. That's why to this day, my most inspirational moments of photography are travel photography.

Whether I’m taking pictures of my travels, of buildings, flowers, beautiful landscapes, or capturing my son jumping off a snowboard ramp, there’s something magical about looking through the camera and clicking the shutter. Photography has been my hobby for many years, but lately, I’ve also been enjoying playing pickleball and tennis. In winter, I love hitting the slopes on my snowboard.

I’ve been happily married for 20 years, and we’re excited as our 18-year-old son starts his journey at the University of Oregon to study business. While we’re thrilled for him, it’s a bit sad to become empty nesters. Luckily, our three dogs and one cat keep us company at home, so we’re not completely alone!
