My interests, skills, and experiences are varied! While home schooling my kids for many years I had various part-time jobs. These include writer, photographer, substitute teacher, and choreographer. Before starting my family I had my own preschool and also worked in the building trades as an independent contractor. I'm a self-taught photographer who believes that evocative photographs can be made with a minimum of fuss and equipment; relying only on available light, my eye is caught by people, landscapes and offbeat views of the commonplace.
