Hi, I'm Libby, a 31 year old freelance photographer, local to the Detroit Metro area. I got started in photography when I was 5 years old. My mom gave me a disposable camera during a Headstart field trip to the Detroit Zoo. I fell in love. I took photography classes in high school and even worked for Lifetouch at Target Portrait studio for a while. Recently I've decided to go full-time freelance.

I enjoy photographing candid photos of kids and capturing their natural smiles, something I realized was lacking when I worked for TPS. Kids should remain wild and free and not forced to sit on a stool for an hour with flashing lights in their face. Let's go to a park and let them play.

On the other end of the spectrum, I also have a passion for photographing eerie/whimsical concept portraits. You don't need to be a model to have cool photos of yourself. I like experimenting with lighting and photoshop to make unique and creative photos. Lets see what magic we can conjure up. =]
