There will be a lot of pampering, even more humor and likely some banter that walks suspiciously close to being inappropriate, yet never seems to give the closure of actually being so. At some point you’ll start feeling your anxiety swell… sort of like the feeling one might experience while sitting in a roller coaster waiting for it to slowly crawl to the top of its first hill.

Once preparations are made, we will make our way to the photo room… you will see the lights, the tripods, the backgrounds… all the equipment whose sole purpose of existence is the exposure of the true self. The anxiety will seem like you’re having to swim through it… you won’t know if you can go through with it.

Then, you will see the camera… the penultimate tool used to expose you… but, unexpectedly, the anxiety will fall away. The roller coaster will crest the hill and drop you into the thrilling release of excitement. This is when you discover that our most important tool is not a piece of gear… The medium created by your completely vulnerable state is the clay we use to forge the masterpiece of you.
