I am driven by the pursuit of truly exceptional visual experiences. I believe these experiences provide me with a sense of fulfillment and positivity that I can then share with the world in the form of my images and gratitude for having had the opportunity to create them. I love creating raw, visceral, and emotional images in the moment as well as crafting precision plans for exact execution. Through my photography I hope to show the beauty of the human experience through color, emotion, and scale.
Awards, honors and recognition
I won an award for Best Documentary Production at the Colorado Film School Student showcase of Fall 2019 for my film Beyond the Cliff, a short documentary about climbing history, access and what it means to have a relationship with a piece of land. My film was also nominated for Best Picture, Best Editing, and Best Directing out of ~300 film submissions.
A fun fact about me
I have been rock climbing for over 6 years now and have scaled multiple 1,000 foot walls in single day pushes.
