I’ve been interested in photography since childhood. I bought my first camera, Olympus, when I was 10. Then back in 1997 I was traveling in Portland Oregon when I saw the sun rising over Mount Hood. I stopped on the side of the freeway to take some pictures and low and behold that photo was published. Since then I’ve been capturing landscapes along with events. This, naturally, led me to starting shooting weddings. What I love is the stark contrast shooting weddings offers from my daily job as a paramedic. I absolutely love capturing love, either at a wedding or any other event.
A fun fact about me
I volunteered for many years at a local Halloween haunted house. My acting partner and I were year after year voted favorite scene. We played to medical school drop outs from Brooklyn and every year we’d add a new speciality just so we could write new jokes and keep it fresh.
