I'm Alan, and I have a lot of fun taking pictures of the wonderful people of Chicago.
If we get to work together, I promise to make your session a great experience, and to create photos that reflect that. Behind the shutter, I like to capture the small moments that most people would have missed. The moment you wouldn't ordinarily think to take a picture, or the perspective that you wouldn't have considered.

Alan did our engagement photos and I can't be happier with how they turned out. He was super fun and easy to work with! I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs photos for any occasion. He was always willing to go to extreme lengths to get the perfect shot whether it meant lying on the ground or getting the angle just right to hide the person in the background! Wonderful job. We're going to have such a hard time picking pictures for our save the dates!

We had family pictures of us taken in Chicago. Rather than the usual "boring" family photo poses Alan suggested taking "lifestyle" pictures that incorporated various aspects of the city. He was fantastic to work with and had a very quick turn around time for pictures. I'd say he's more of an artist than your average photographer. Highly recommend!
